My own Distressing tool

So here I am thinking I want the Tim Holtz tool for distressing...I cannot afford to buy the tool so what did I do?  OH i Love You tube!..found an easy way to make this and TA-DAAAA, I have made my own little tool..now i did use felt as I don't have it on hand but i did use some fleece and its works well as you can see the paper under the block...now if only i could find some way to make the pads washable....hmmm

Organizing

I don't know about you but my craft area is a mess...I've been searching for my rotary cutter for days now to cut some fabric and i cant find it...Whats your best organising ideas? how do you store your ribbons and accents or any other craft items? I want my room to look like this!!

Kenny K attempt

so my first attempt with a did stamp was by Kenny K..love his artwork..I used watercolour pencils but i found the black ink ran..that ticked me off, but here is finished product. I am going to try with markers and copics...when my desk is cleaned off lol

Jewellery jump rings

My niece asked me to make some beaded stitch markers..I had no clue what she was talking about so now i know that they are for counting stitches when you knit..i don't like the everyday jump rings so I twisted my wire together and have come up with my own rings..pretty cool to do but I want to solder them shut so they don't open up..I'm trying Aleene's Metal glue but so far the only think sticking is my fingers lol..when i have done a few of these markers i will pop the pic up!
